Chet went way above helping me flip my house. He coordinated vendors, picked counters, paint, carpet and tile for the property. He went to Home Depot picked up toilets, light fixtures etc. I was shocked when he put up the shutters and planted flowers (this was way above anything I expected). With his efforts I was able to sell for almost 50% more than what I anticipated. He did such an excellent job I turned the farm land over to him and he sold it quickly as well. I want to give praise where praise is due. I enjoyed working with Chet and have great trust in him.
